Microsoft sued for monopoly abuse

According to a lawsuit filed by MiniFrame Ltd, a small Israeli technology company, Microsoft Corp used its monopoly position in computer operating systems to block its PC-sharing business.
The lawsuit alleged that Microsoft unfairly changed its licensing agreements and bullied MiniFrame’s potential customers to prevent it from winning valuable contracts.

Microsoft-Google battle heats up in Court

The Chief Executive of Microsoft vowed to “kill Google” in an expletive-laden tirade against the firm, as per US court documents filed by Google.
This claim was made in a sworn statement by Mark Lucovsky, a former Microsoft employee who quit for Google in 2004.

Angstro acquired by Google

Angstro, a startup that sorts news and information across social networks such as Facebook, has been acquired by Google Inc. according to a spokesman for the leading web search provider.
Microsoft, on the other hand, has announced partnerships with Facebook and Twitter for offering real time search results.
